Job Summary: We are seeking an Intune Administrator to manage endpoint management solutions, including building Windows images, deploying operating systems and applications, and supporting incident resolution. Currently, we are expanding our team with an Intune Administrator to assign to our client. Your responsibilities will include: \- Building base Windows images (OS, drivers, and base software) for corporate device deployment via Microsoft Intune; \- Managing and implementing automated Windows OS upgrades; \- Ensuring distribution of security updates and patches across corporate devices; \- Creating, testing, and deploying applications and software updates; \- Monitoring and ensuring inventory and compliance of installed devices and software; \- Providing support for resolving incidents related to the platform and endpoint management. What we expect from you: \- Academic background in Information Technologies; \- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles; \- Proven experience with Microsoft Intune; \- Experience building and managing corporate Windows images; \- Knowledge of OS, application, and update deployment via Intune; \- Experience managing endpoint patches, inventory, and compliance; \- Troubleshooting and incident resolution capabilities; \- Solid and ongoing experience designing, building, and managing corporate endpoint management solutions in large-scale enterprise environments; \- Strong communication skills, autonomy, and teamwork ability; \- Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days per week onsite) in the Campo Grande area.
