We are strengthening our team in Montijo by hiring: Ground Support Equipment (GSE) Technician **Responsibilities:** * Maintenance and repair of GSE equipment, complying with technical standards and manufacturer specifications * Compliance with safety regulations and accident prevention * Operation of GSE, commercial and light vehicles for testing and diagnostics * Technical travel * Loading and unloading of equipment * Escorting transportation and non-credentialed personnel to the airport * Off-site interventions to ensure equipment operability * Ensuring cleanliness and organization in the workplace, equipment, and workshop * Independent recording and documentation of tasks performed **Ideal Candidate Profile:** * Mechanical experience, preferably with GSE or similar industrial machinery * Solid knowledge of mechanics, electricity, and hydraulics * Ability to diagnose and repair various types of powered equipment * Familiarity with maintenance plans and technical procedures * Knowledge of safety standards and applicable workshop regulations * Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills * Good communication skills (verbal and written) * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Availability to travel for training and work within Portugal and Europe * Valid driver's license and fitness to operate airport equipment **We Offer:** * Professional, collaborative work environment with flat hierarchies * Permanent employment contract within a growing international company * Competitive salary commensurate with role and experience * Individualized and continuous training tailored to the employee’s profile * Health insurance
