Responsibilities: Identify new business opportunities for ComparaJá’s Real Estate sector through planning persuasive outreach strategies and compelling arguments to convince potential clients; Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients; Develop new business by recruiting new professionals and identifying opportunities to strengthen our market position; Sell our products, identify potential clients, and pinpoint decision-makers within the client’s organization. Required Profile: Minimum educational qualification: 12th grade; Excellent communication skills; Proactivity and dynamism; Goal-oriented mindset; Commercial profile; Adaptability; Results-focused; Resilience; Experience in B2B sales; Teamwork.
