We are recruiting a **Shift Manager** for a prestigious company in the Logistics and Transport sector. **Location:** Carregado **Full-time \- Fixed schedule from 00:00 to 09:00** **FUNCTION** * Supervise receiving, storage, picking, dispatching, and inventory activities. * Ensure compliance with established processes and deadlines. * Lead, guide, and assign tasks to shift employees. * Monitor team performance and promote motivation and discipline. * Train new employees or reassign roles as needed. * Perform other duties inherent to the role. **REQUIREMENTS** * Professional experience in the field. * Some experience with Primavera software; * Experience in supplier collections area;  CONDITIONS * Employment contract with THE BRIDGE; * Base salary \+ Meal allowance \+ Pro-rata benefits; * Other benefits currently in place at the company.
