




Location: Lisbon, PT Functional Family: Project Management M/F Casais Engineering and Construction is seeking a Site Director to join its Lisbon team. **Mission** ---------- Ensure effective and efficient planning, coordination and control of production processes within the Casais Group, guaranteeing internal/external customer satisfaction through compliance with deadlines, current legislation, quality and safety standards, and at the lowest possible cost, through appropriate allocation of financial, human, technical and material resources. Act in accordance with the Group's ethics and Casais values. Propose and define the Strategic Execution Plan, as well as ensure planning and coordination of activities and teams on site(s), aiming to achieve targeted results, control forecasted costs and revenues, and ensure effective and efficient management of production processes. **Main Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Plan and coordinate site activities, monitoring their execution, analyzing costs and revenues, as well as existing deviations, implementing necessary corrective actions to ensure execution quality and defined objectives in line with established technical specifications * Coordinate with operational support areas, particularly regarding identification of physical resource needs (equipment and materials), human resources, and operational management of the construction site * Develop the Strategic Execution Plan in coordination with DOP/DP/DUN to achieve defined strategic objectives * Maintain continuous coordination with the Client's Site Team regarding contract fulfillment, suggesting and negotiating potential project changes and/or work plans and defined execution processes * Promote and integrate development approaches for projects that combine people, systems, business structures and professional practices into a process enabling optimization of project outcomes, increasing client value, reducing waste and maximizing efficiency throughout all project stages from manufacturing to construction * Propose industrialization solutions to clients as a technical project solution, enabling reduction of construction schedules through well-defined and automated processes, allowing greater quality control and traceability * Respond to requests from external entities, including regulatory bodies, inspections, external audits, among others, providing all necessary support and information gathering * Regularly lead meetings with the site team and subcontractors to assess project status and define preventive or corrective actions * Develop reporting, implement and maintain essential routine cycles such as the strategic execution plan, overall site planning, implementation and updating of biweekly site planning, supply schedules, provisional invoicing and client/subcontractor billing * Based on company policies and legal and contractual requirements, define, implement and monitor site plans and inspect processes in the areas of Quality, Environment and Safety **Requirements** -------------- * Work Experience: 5 to 7 years **Education** ------------ * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; * Language: English (intermediate) **Mandatory Certifications / Licenses** ----------------------------------------- * Order of Engineers / Order of Technical Engineers **At Casais Group we ensure our team members have:** * Employee Support Programs; * Collaboration with flexible and dynamic teams that encourage your learning / knowledge development * Future Vision: growth, progression, industrialization, sustainability; * Annual activities promoting engagement among colleagues / companies / markets; * Benefits and Agreements; * Safety Culture.
