Proven experience in similar roles within the food service industry Job Details: Operations Director \- Lisbon – Key responsibilities include: * Analyze financial information and adjust operational budgets to achieve expected profitability; * Collaborate with senior management to make decisions regarding operational activities and establish strategic goals; * Manage and supervise field teams together with each manager and their respective teams; * Regularly evaluate procedure efficiency against organizational objectives and take appropriate action; * Oversee procurement processes and ensure their profitability—i.e., control F\&B costs; * Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/suppliers; * Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics; * Ensure company operations comply with established regulations; * Review and/or formulate operational procedures and promote their implementation; * Conflict management Candidate Profile: * Relevant and proven experience in similar roles within the food service industry; * Proficiency in English (additional languages are an asset); * Professional appearance and friendly demeanor; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Leadership ability; * Sense of responsibility, proactivity, and dynamism; * Flexible working hours; * Team-oriented mindset; * Proficiency in standard office software from an end-user perspective; Send your CV now to: recrutamento@fullest.pt Compensation: €920.00 \- €2,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
