Participation in challenging projects with high business impact. **Description:** ---------------- Lisbon We are seeking a Junior Management Control and Reporting Analyst to join a solid and growing company located in Portugal and Angola, offering an excellent opportunity to develop competencies in management control, financial analysis, and business intelligence. * Key Responsibilities * Support organizational management control and financial reporting; * Collect, process, and organize financial data for the preparation of periodic management reports; * Participate in profitability analysis by project, product, and customer, supporting margin, cost, and results analysis; * Monitor and analyze financial and operational performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring data reliability; * Develop, update, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring clear, decision-oriented information; * Perform data extraction, processing, and analysis using SQL on relational databases; * Provide functional support to users of the Primavera ERP system, assisting with correct usage of financial and operational modules; * Collaborate with various departments to continuously improve processes and information systems; * Support the development of management analysis and reporting models, contributing to the evolution of decision-support tools. **Requirements:** ----------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related fields; * Proficiency in Power BI; * Basic knowledge of SQL; * Knowledge of or experience with Primavera ERP; * Knowledge of management control, financial reporting, or KPI analysis; * Experience developing management dashboards and reports; * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
