Flexibility in work arrangements We are recruiting a **Cybersecurity Engineer** (m/f) to strengthen our Lisbon team, with the possibility of hybrid working. **What we are looking for:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred); * Minimum of 5 years of experience in Application Security, Security Architecture, or similar roles; * Experience in reviewing, assessing, and testing the security of platforms and applications; * Solid knowledge of applying security principles during the design and implementation of system architectures; * Experience in identifying and mitigating security risks and vulnerabilities; * Ability to define, document, and promote security standards, policies, and procedures; * Knowledge of secure design and "secure by design" best practices; * Strong analytical ability, technical rigor, and focus on continuous improvement of security posture. **What we offer:** * Flexibility in work arrangements (hybrid); * Regular follow-up plan; * Participation in projects involving innovative technologies and international scope; * Competitive remuneration aligned with demonstrated experience, health insurance, and life insurance; * Birthday day off and referral bonus.
