This role is offered on a casual basis, 4 days per week, with occasional weekend work to cover colleagues during holidays or periods of absence. Main responsibilities: Assist the Manager in daily operations to ensure smooth running of the property Support front desk tasks including guest check\-in, check\-out and reservations Provide excellent customer service and promptly respond to guest inquiries and concerns Assist in supervising staff and creating schedules when necessary Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests to ensure rooms and facilities meet high standards Process payments, prepare basic reports and assist with administrative tasks Ensure resort policies and procedures are followed to maintain guest safety and satisfaction Requirements: Previous experience in hospitality, accommodation or resort management will be considered an advantage Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a small team Good organizational and problem\-solving skills Flexibility to occasionally work weekends covering other team members What we offer: Casual contract, 4 days per week Friendly and collaborative work environment in a boutique resort Opportunity to develop your skills and gain practical experience in resort management Job type: Full time Pay: 2,500.00€ \- 3,500.00€ per month Benefits: * Meal card/Ticket * Free parking * Flexible schedule * Life insurance * Health insurance
