We are recruiting for one of our clients with offices in Lisbon. Main Responsibilities * Collaborate with internal and external teams to create, develop and implement projects; * Create a detailed plan including schedule, budget and required resources; * Align deliverables and their dependencies with program management; * Estimate costs and manage the defined budget; * Coordinate team activities and ensure tasks are completed according to plan; * Manage communication among team members, stakeholders and program management; * Monitor and report project progress to various stakeholders; * Track project performance against the plan; * Identify risks and/or impacts and proactively act to resolve issues; * Ensure delivery quality and implement continuous improvement; * Conduct final review to evaluate performance and document lessons learned; * Formalize project acceptance by stakeholders, release resources or transfer them internally; * In summary, ensure the project is successfully completed, achieving objectives within established deadlines and budget. Education / Previous Experience * Higher education degree in Information Technology, Management or related field; * Minimum of 3 years of project management experience; * Technical knowledge in the Banking sector – online and batch; * Project management certification (PMP, IPMA C or equivalent), preferably; * Participation in digital transformation programs; * Experience in software certification streams is valued.
