Fleet Support Responsibilities Analyze customer reservations and fleet availability across all stations to ensure each station has the vehicles selected by customers, in optimal operational and presentation condition; Organize the station so vehicles are parked by category, optimizing space and time during customer vehicle handovers; Coordinate and authorize vehicle relocations, generate transfer documents, and inform subcontracted staff, if required, of scheduled movements; Conduct internal audits by randomly inspecting vehicles and cross-checking against existing digital records; Report mechanical issues reported by customers upon vehicle return; assess the vehicle’s condition; request towing; dispatch to the workshop; verify mileage and fuel level; and order refueling if necessary; Mark vehicles as “ready for dispatch” on the platform and notify subcontracted staff to position them appropriately in the parking lot; Ensure all vehicles carry the documentation required for legal compliance and internal policies; Deliver vehicles to customers, explaining vehicle-specific features and addressing questions when needed; Perform vehicle check-ins upon customer returns, inspecting and recording any damages; Record fuel receipts processed by SIXT on the platform for cost control; Analyze monthly fuel reports, cross-referencing data with platform entries to detect and correct errors; Submit monthly information on Via Verde devices per station for inventory control; Remove vehicles from the platform upon notification from Central Services regarding scheduled maintenance, rendering them unavailable for rental, and alert subcontracted staff to dispatch them to the workshop; Carry out other duties not explicitly listed above, as necessary to achieve objectives and ensure SIXT’s smooth operation.
