The Opportunity We are looking for a Financial Controller / Financial Analyst to directly support our CFO in managing the financial operations of multiple clients. This is a central role within the team, offering direct exposure to the operational realities of various companies and real involvement in management decisions — ideal for professionals seeking rapid growth in knowledge and responsibility. Key Responsibilities * Prepare and analyze monthly financial reporting (management accounts, KPIs, budget variances) for multiple clients * Support the development of budgets, forecasts, and financial models * Monitor performance indicators and flag risks or opportunities to the CFO * Ensure the quality and consistency of financial data received from accounting * Prepare supporting materials and analyses for client meetings * Contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of the team’s reporting processes and tools Candidate Profile * Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field * 2–5 years of experience in management control, auditing, financial consulting, or a similar analytical role * Excellent proficiency in Excel * Strong analytical rigor, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously * Good communication skills to translate numbers into actionable insights for management * Team spirit and willingness to work in a dynamic, growing environment What We Offer * Full-time contract, hybrid work arrangement * Opportunity to grow with an expanding company, assuming increasing responsibilities * A close-knit, informal, and results-oriented work environment Work Location: Hybrid remote work in Algés
