Location: Lisbon, PT Functional Family: Preparation, Design and Industrialization M/F **Family Mission** --------------------- Ensure measurement, project design, methods, processes and construction solutions within the Casais Group, following the quality standards defined by the Group, and acting in accordance with the Group's ethics and Casais values. **Main Responsibilities** -------------------------------- 1\) Develop the project, complying with current codes and regulations, with critical thinking and adapting solutions to each case aiming at optimization; 2\) Ensure preliminary development of optimization and feasibility of alternative solutions during the commercial phase to support project variants, through field studies and analysis of collected information; 3\) Provide technical support for project solutions aiding construction execution (crane foundations, temporary shoring designs, temporary retaining structures, etc.), by surveying, referencing, georeferencing and loading registry data into the Geographic Information System; 4\) Monitor the progress of the work throughout its different phases, verifying compliance with technical specifications and carrying out necessary revisions, providing requested drawing elements to various departments, performing verification, updating and correction of the executive project dossier, conducting document control of described components, incorporating changes and organizing drawings according to the different stages of the project. 5\) Prepare project drawings, as well as create shapes for the database of contracts, developing and compiling necessary components for project development (drawings, descriptive reports, quantity schedules and specification documents); 6\) Coordinate with architectural specialists, clients, end customers and/or subcontractors in the development and alignment of projects with intended objectives (e.g., alternative studies). **Requirements** -------------- * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or similar; * Work Experience (years): 3 to 5 years * English: Intermediate * Knowledge of BIM tools **Mandatory Certifications / Licenses** ----------------------------------------- * Order of Engineers * Order of Architects **At Casais Group we ensure our team members have:** * Employee Assistance Programs; * Collaboration with flexible and dynamic teams that encourage your learning / knowledge development * Vision for the Future: growth, evolution, industrialization, sustainability; * Annual activities promoting engagement among colleagues / companies / markets; * Benefits and Agreements; * Safety Culture.
