Professional collaboration and communication with clients and teams. **Role Overview** ------------------------- The Service Technician is responsible for installing, testing, and commissioning solutions at client facilities in a safe, efficient manner and to high quality standards, ensuring all work complies with project specifications, company standards, and applicable safety requirements. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------- ### **Installation and Commissioning** * Install equipment, systems, and solutions according to project specifications, technical drawings, and installation standards. * Perform on-site work efficiently, meeting project deadlines and defined quality requirements. * Ensure installations comply with company procedures and manufacturer guidelines. ### **Testing and Commissioning** * Conduct functional tests, commissioning (placing into service), and verification of installed systems. * Identify, diagnose, and resolve installation issues and technical faults. * Confirm that the installed solution operates as intended prior to final project handover. ### **Quality Assurance** * Ensure all installation work meets company quality standards, applicable regulations, and client requirements. * Complete inspections, checklists, and installation documentation rigorously and accurately. * Minimize rework by performing correct installations during the first intervention. ### **Client and Team Collaboration** * Maintain professional communication with clients, on-site personnel, subcontractors, and project teams. * Coordinate daily activities with the Project Manager and other relevant stakeholders. * Represent the company professionally during interventions at client facilities. ### **Documentation and Reporting** * Record daily activities, installation progress, materials used, and any identified technical issues. * Report deviations, delays, or changes that may impact project execution. * Support project close-out by completing all required documentation, including commissioning records and "as-built" documentation where applicable. ### **Health, Safety, and Compliance** * Comply with all company health, safety, and environmental policies, as well as site-specific requirements. * Use tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE) safely and appropriately. * Promptly report hazards, incidents, and unsafe conditions. **What We Are Looking For** -------------------- * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles, with knowledge of basic electronics and multimeter usage. * Mechanical knowledge. * Product knowledge and technical diagnostic capability. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Relevant technical education, technological higher education degree, or bachelor's degree in electronics, electro-mechanics, computer science, telecommunications, or equivalent experience of at least one year in a similar role. **What We Offer** -------------------- * Full-time schedule (8 hours per day, with 1 hour for lunch). * Meal card worth €10.20 per working day. * Health insurance. **Who We Are** -------------- We are at the center of every place that truly matters.
