About the Role We are seeking a Senior Data Product Manager to lead the shift from a traditional data delivery logic to a true data-as-a-product model, ensuring end-to-end initiative ownership and alignment between execution and strategic priorities. This role centers on product lifecycle management, governance, creation of scalable data solutions, and cross-functional collaboration within a data-driven context. Responsibilities: * Align the data team’s work with strategic priorities and technology frameworks, including collaboration with cross-functional teams and international hubs. * Lead end-to-end initiatives—from ideation through execution—managing the full lifecycle of data products and platforms. * Define and implement governance frameworks, data quality standards, metadata strategies, and product definitions. * Work closely with platform users to ensure each development delivers clear and tangible business value. * Define priorities and roadmaps to create scalable, resilient, and impactful data solutions. * Apply agile methodologies such as Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban to support efficient and well-structured workflows. * Promote a data-as-a-product mindset, emphasizing quality, reusability, resilience, and business impact. Requirements: * 5+ years of experience in Data roles as a Product Manager or Product Owner, with a technical background. * Strong knowledge of data platforms, data architecture patterns, analytics engineering, and scalable data ecosystems. * Proficiency in data modeling—including dimensional modeling, advanced SQL, and selecting appropriate modeling approaches based on business needs. * Experience defining governance frameworks, metadata strategies, data cataloging, and quality standards for data products. * Familiarity with cloud environments such as Fabric, Azure, AWS, or GCP—including at least one cloud data warehouse. * Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle—from ideation to delivery—including defining vision and strategy for data products or platforms. * Strong ability to solve complex problems and navigate uncertainty across discovery, design, and delivery phases. * Proficiency in BI and analytics tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI. * Strong awareness of cost efficiency, privacy, compliance, and service-level agreements in data contexts. * Conceptual understanding of CI/CD pipelines, ML workflows, feature engineering, SLAs, data contracts, and quality controls. * English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
