Type of Operation Home delivery Heavy and bulky material Daily interaction with drivers, assistants and warehouse staff Dynamic operation requiring constant route adjustments Main Responsibilities Planning and organizing daily routes Monitoring teams in the field throughout the day Managing unforeseen events (delays, breakdowns, route changes) Constant communication with drivers, assistants and warehouse staff Coordinating pickups, returns and urgent deliveries Updating operational information and providing basic reporting Supporting the Operations Manager whenever required Required Profile Experience in traffic, logistics or distribution (mandatory) Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities Ability to work under pressure Good communication skills and assertiveness Practical mindset and focus on problem-solving Knowledge of operations involving heavy/bulky materials (preferred) Basic computer skills (mandatory) Conditions Base salary: €1,100 IHT: €187 Meal allowance: €6/day Thirteenth-month salary paid at 100% Overtime paid separately Stable position with direct impact on operations Integration into a growing company
