To strengthen our team, we are seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join technology consulting and digital transformation projects, focusing on developing and implementing advanced ServiceNow platform solutions in the Enterprise Optimization domain. **Your Role:** * Develop and implement advanced solutions on the ServiceNow platform; * Lead the technical design of complex applications and customizations; * Translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions; * Develop integrations with external systems (REST, SOAP, APIs); * Ensure code quality, performance, and adoption of development best practices; * Participate in code reviews and support mentoring of junior developers; * Collaborate with functional teams, architecture teams, and stakeholders; * Ensure compliance with ServiceNow standards and internal governance; * Provide technical support during deployment and post-production phases. As your skills and ambitions evolve, we will work with you to identify future opportunities, projects, and career paths within our organization. **Your Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field; * Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT; * Strong proficiency in the ServiceNow platform; * Experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and Service Catalog; * Experience in integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server); * Solid knowledge of ITSM (experience in ITOM, CSM, or HR is valued); * Experience with Service Portal and/or UI Builder (valued); * Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and AngularJS (or modern frameworks); * Experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices (valued); * Knowledge of ITIL; * Strong communication skills and team spirit; * Autonomy, proactivity, and critical thinking; * Excellent English language skills (highly valued).
