We’re looking for a Staff Full Stack Engineer who is equally at home in Node.js backend services and React frontends, and who has worked on the kind of internal platform products that quietly make or break how engineering teams operate. You care deeply about TypeScript quality, you understand how microservices behave in Kubernetes environments, and you’re ready to take on cross\-team technical responsibility. You’ll be shaping the platform that enables AI and machine learning capabilities across a global enterprise engineering organization. What You’ll Do: * Build and maintain full\-stack platform services using Node.js and React, deployed on Kubernetes\-native infrastructure. * Own architectural decisions for platform components and ensure they scale reliably across engineering teams. * Apply deep TypeScript expertise across the stack, including build tooling, framework configuration, and type systems. * Work closely with ML and data teams to understand platform requirements and translate them into product features. * Set technical direction for full\-stack development practices and lead cross\-team engineering initiatives. * Conduct code reviews and mentor engineers, raising the technical bar across the team. What We Are Looking For: * 7\+ years of experience in IT roles. * 5\+ years of experience as a full\-stack engineer with Node.js and React as the primary stack. * Deep TypeScript proficiency, including familiarity with webpack, Babel, or NestJS. * Experience building and operating Kubernetes\-native microservices in production. * Some exposure to AI/ML platform products or workflows. * Proven track record of cross\-team technical leadership at a Staff or equivalent level. * Advanced proficiency in English.
