Who are we looking for? **Senior Application Support** ##### **Main responsibilities:** * Analyze and resolve production incidents (L3), ensuring accurate root cause analysis (RCA). * Analyze application and functional architectures, understanding functional documentation, business flows, and transaction tracking across different architectural components. * Investigate complex problems by analyzing logs, databases, and metrics. * Proactively define metrics for early incident detection, identify failure patterns, and propose preventive measures. * Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve structural problems. ##### **Mandatory technical skills and knowledge:** * Experience using Linux Shell (grep, awk, sed, sort, uniq, tail, ps, top, among others). * Solid knowledge of SQL DML (SELECT, JOIN, Subqueries, and other query operations). * Strong analytical and investigative skills for production incident resolution. ##### **Desirable technical skills and knowledge:** * Familiarity with observability tools such as Grafana and ELK Stack. * Scripting experience (Bash and/or Python). * Experience in functional analysis of applications and problem resolution through data interpretation. ##### **Personal competencies:** * Strong communication skills, with logical and structured reasoning. * High capacity for learning, technical analysis, and adaptation to change. * Critical thinking and orientation toward prevention and continuous improvement. * Responsibility, autonomy, and perseverance. * Excellent teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills. * Ability to document processes and share knowledge. ##### **Work arrangement:** Hybrid (3 days per week at the Lisbon office).
