Costaterra is a private members only residential community in Comporta – Portugal. It combines luxury living with top\-tier hospitality, offering incredible dining, a world\-class golf course, spa services, outdoor pursuits, and immersive local experiences. We are looking for a talented Quantity Surveyor to join our team **What you will do?** * Prepare cost estimates, budgets, bills of quantities, and tender documentation. * Manage project costs, variations, valuations, and interim/final accounts. * Support commercial management activities, including claims and risk identification. * Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure projects run smoothly. * Produce regular cost reports and ensure projects meet legal, quality, and safety standards. * Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement within the team. **What are we looking for?** * Degree or technical qualification in Quantity Surveying or equivalent. * Experience on major or international construction projects. * Strong knowledge of measurement standards and construction regulations. * Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and construction systems (BIM/Civil 3D a plus). * Strong commercial awareness, analytical skills, and attention to detail. * Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and build strong working relationships. * Flexibility to work across office, client, and site environments, with travel as required. ***What do we offer?*** Work\-Family Culture, Global Career Opportunities, Competitive Salaries, Development Programs, Medical Insurance, Meal Allowance, Staff Restaurant, Staff Events and Staff accommodation if you are not local. *If you have what it takes and want to build a career, this is the place for you* \#LI\-TP1
