If you're passionate about software, love a challenge, and are ready to embark on an exciting learning journey, this is your opportunity to become a Java Fullstack Hero. **Your** **Journey as a Java Fullstack Wannabe:** * **Intensive hands\-on Learning Program:** Participate in our **one\-month on site** **Academy**, **starting on the 16th of March**. Training will be fully in\-person for the first month, and after its completion, our hybrid model of three days per week in the office will apply. You'll learn fundamental concepts of Software Development, Backend (Java), Frontend (Angular), and relevant technologies. DevOps practices, including CI/CD, Automation, and Infrastructure as Code, are also covered. You’ll get the chance to raise your tech skills by getting your hands on a real\-world project! * **Apply** **your knowledge**: After completing the Academy, join a multidisciplinary team to continuously improve your skills, mastering the complete lifecycle of an application and building highly performant distributed systems in cloud infrastructure. * **Fullstack** **Development**: Work across the full technical stack, from developing robust backend services in Java to creating interactive user interfaces with modern JavaScript frameworks. * **Agile Methodology Participation**: Actively engage in Scrum events, contributing to the agile development process. ### **Whatever you’re working on, here’s the lowdown on the technical skills you’ll be developing:** * **Software Development**: Learn and apply fundamental software development principles. * **Object\-Oriented** **Programming**: Develop proficiency in object\-oriented programming concepts and practices. * **Frontend** **Technologies**: Master JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. * **Database** Integration: Learn to work with databases, ensuring smooth data flow and storage. * **Continuous** **Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)**: Implement CI/CD practices to automate testing and deployment processes. * **Cloud** **Infrastructure \& Containerization**: Get hands\-on experience with cloud infrastructure and containerization technologies. * **Infrastructure** **as Code (IaC)**: Use tools like Ansible and Terraform for infrastructure management. * **Observability**: Understand and apply observability practices for monitoring and maintaining software systems. ### **The Essential Skills for Your Journey** * Have an **Educational** **background in a related field**.
