We are looking for a Junior Operations and Management Coordinator to join our team and grow with us. Main Responsibilities Supporting the company’s operational management; Monitoring and controlling operational costs; Organizing travel, accommodation, and team logistics; Overseeing invoicing, collections, and suppliers; Managing and controlling employee and project documentation; Preparing management reports and performance indicators; Identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization; Providing direct support to company leadership. Required Profile Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Industrial Management, or a related field; Recent graduate or up to 3 years of professional experience; Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; Strong analytical ability and results orientation; Proficiency in Excel; Fluency in Portuguese and good command of English; Proactivity, sense of responsibility, and willingness to learn.
