About the Role We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team, acting as a liaison between business and development teams, ensuring requirements are properly gathered, documented, and implemented. The ideal candidate brings consulting experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and collaborates closely with clients, developers, and stakeholders to deliver effective, business-aligned solutions. Requirements * More than 3 years of experience in a consulting environment. * Proven experience in requirements and business process elicitation, with clear communication between clients and technical teams. * Critical and analytical ability to evaluate, challenge, and optimize requirements and processes. * Ability to organize, systematize, and present requirements to teams and clients. * Experience with MySQL or SQL (mandatory). * Experience in functional and technical analysis. * Support for implementation and testing teams, monitoring execution and validation of deliverables. * Availability for a hybrid model (3 days per week onsite, central Lisbon area). Valued Competencies * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders (clients, technical teams, management). * Anticipation and management of risks, with the ability to proactively resolve obstacles. * Experience with Design Thinking methodology. * Ability to identify business opportunities aligned with client engagements.
