We are looking for an experienced **Python Team Lead** to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable backend systems. You will lead a team of engineers, define technical direction, and ensure high\-quality software aligned with business goals. ### **IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL** * Lead and mentor a team of Python developers, fostering best practices and continuous improvement; * Design and develop scalable, high\-performance backend systems using Python; * Architect and implement RESTful APIs and GraphQL services; * Work with both SQL and NoSQL databases to design efficient data models; * Build and maintain microservices\-based architectures; * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams (Product, DevOps, Frontend); * Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and CI/CD practices; * Drive technical decisions, system design, and architecture discussions; * Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability; * Contribute to cloud\-based solutions, primarily on Microsoft Azure. ### **IF YOU ARE** * 5\+ years of experience in backend development with strong expertise in **Python;** * 1–2\+ years of experience in a leadership or mentoring role; * Solid experience with REST APIs and/or GraphQL; * Strong knowledge of SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis); * Hands\-on experience building and scaling microservices architectures; * Experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, Storage, etc.); * Strong understanding of software design principles (SOLID, clean architecture); * Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes is a plus); * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. ### **NICE TO HAVE** * Experience with frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI; * Exposure to event\-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ). ### **AS AN OPINOV8R, YOU WILL HAVE** * **Digital\-First Approach:** Great talent knows no borders!
