Opportunity to mentor and share knowledge with junior team members ###### **Workplace:** **Lisbon (Hybrid)** ###### **Profile:** * Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; * Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in similar roles; * Proven experience in the design, implementation, and architecture of complex and scalable Java microservices; * Experience in Full Stack feature development and implementation; * Solid experience across the entire software development lifecycle, including architecture, implementation, testing, code reviews, and deployment; * Good knowledge of Keycloak, Okta, IAM, SSO, OIDC, RBAC, and token customization; * Experience in defining IAM/SSO strategies, including realm design, federation, authorization server design, OIDC flow architecture, and access control; * Experience in building and maintaining RESTful and GraphQL APIs, including OpenAPI documentation; * Experience implementing event\-driven architectures using AWS SQS and Solace; * Strong knowledge of architectural patterns, coding standards, security practices, authentication patterns, state management, and performance optimization; * Experience identifying and resolving performance, scalability, and security issues; * Experience conducting code reviews and working with SonarQube, Snyk, and quality automation practices; * Experience producing technical documentation, ADRs, runbooks, and onboarding materials; * Strong ability to participate in and lead technical discussions and architectural decision\-making; * Fluency in English; * Ability to mentor and share knowledge with junior team members; * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; * Good communication skills, dynamism, and proactivity; * Team\-oriented mindset and a passion for continuous learning. ###### **Work with us:** * With more than 30 years of experience, Rumos has a team of professionals specialized in IT; * At Rumos, consultants integrate highly challenging projects, based on the latest technology and in the most diverse sectors of activity; * Rumos consultants have access to a certified training plan, which offers a constant update of technical skills; * Rumos, as an employer, has job opportunities based on equity, integrity and diversity.
