Leadership in industrial maintenance management **Maintenance Manager** **Job Description:** Manage Valorlis's maintenance function by organizing, planning, coordinating, and controlling, together with the team, maintenance activities for the company's facilities and equipment, aiming to maximize their availability at the lowest cost and with a focus on continuous improvement. Participate, within the scope of responsibility, in the regulatory process defining permitted revenues and the subsequent proposal of the annual maintenance budget. Manage adherence to the maintenance budget and human resources assigned to maintenance, including spare parts and maintenance consumables warehouses. Ensure necessary support for procurement of services and materials required for responsibilities. Promote the development of the team's capabilities. **Requirements:** * Higher education degree in engineering; * Minimum of 10 years' professional experience in maintenance management roles for large industrial facilities; * Proficiency in computerized maintenance management tools (SAP\-PM preferred); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; * Leadership ability; * Planning, organization, and control ability; * Analytical and problem-solving ability; * Strong results orientation; * Teamwork;
