We are strengthening our team by integrating a **Finance Analyst**, who will actively contribute to developing decision-support tools, optimizing processes, and promoting an increasingly data-driven, efficient, and innovative finance culture.
This position offers the opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally across organizational departments, contributing to strategic initiatives and the continuous evolution of the finance function.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop financial analyses to support decision-making.
* Monitor performance indicators, identifying trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
* Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
* Conduct profitability, performance, and operational efficiency analyses.
* Produce management information and reporting to support various organizational departments.
* Analyze financial processes and identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and efficiency gains.
* Participate in defining and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
* Contribute to evolving methodologies and practices within the finance function.
* Promote standardization and documentation of departmental processes.
* Develop dashboards and analytical models to facilitate activity monitoring.
* Ensure the quality and consistency of financial information used across the organization.
* Collaborate on ERP and other management-support tool enhancements.
* Participate in digital transformation and finance function automation projects.
* Collaborate with diverse teams to analyze the financial impact of business decisions.
* Support strategic projects through delivery of relevant financial information.
* Promote a data-driven approach to support organizational decision-making.
**Profile and Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering and Management, or related field.
* Up to 3 years of professional experience in financial analysis, management control, consulting, or related areas.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Strong ability to analyze and interpret data.
* Fluency in Portuguese and good command of English.
