We are currently recruiting for our company **Termoflorestal**, a **Power Plant Operator** (Junior) in **Juncal** on a rotating shift schedule. **Mission** Termoflorestal is seeking electromechanical technicians or professionals with similar training for its biomass thermal power plant team located in Juncal, Porto de Mós, to lead thermal and electrical operations and first-level maintenance activities. **What You Can Expect** * Ensure that steam equipment and machinery under your responsibility are maintained in good working condition; * Perform field and remote maneuvers of installed electromechanical systems to synchronize with EREDES network, control the biomass feeding system for combustion, and manage the feedwater supply to the steam system; * Ensure that first-level maintenance lubrication operations are performed and monitored; * Monitor and record biomass input and output from the biomass feeding system to the plant when necessary; * Maintain close contact with your supervisor to ensure constant exchange of information regarding plant operations; * Comply with ENGIE Group and client standards related to Quality, Environment, Energy, and Safety. **Who We Are Looking For** * Electromechanical or electrical technician degree or equivalent training * Experience managing work teams * Experience operating thermal installations (preferred); * Electrical qualification in low and high voltage (preferred) **How You Can Make a Difference** * High level of commitment * Teamwork and collaboration * Strong communication skills * Proactivity * Autonomy in problem solving **Committed to Inclusion** At Engie, we value and promote diversity and inclusion.
