BRAINR connects people, machines, and sensors so that critical decisions can be made in real time — smarter, faster, and with greater impact. **The challenge** As we continue expanding our product, we’re looking for a **Senior** **Mobile Developer** to help us scale our mobile experiences to new levels of performance, reliability, and usability \- especially in complex factory environments. In this role, you’ll help lead the development of mobile solutions that are used daily by operators on the shop floor, often on devices like handheld devices. You’ll work primarily with React Native, which is our current mobile stack, but we’re also exploring a future transition to native Android development with Kotlin, depending on product needs. You’ll help shape both the technical direction and the user experience of our mobile apps. **What you'll be doing** In your day\-to\-day, you’ll: * Develop and maintain high\-performance mobile applications in React Native or Kotlin, depending on the context * Design and implement robust UI components, data flows, and background processes * Build apps optimised for industrial use, including handheld devices * Collaborate closely with backend developers, designers, and QA engineers * Integrate REST APIs and ensure smooth data flow across the app * Write clean, testable code with unit tests using Jest or similar tools * Debug, monitor, and optimise app performance * Contribute to agile workflows, including sprints, planning, and code reviews * Document your work and help maintain development best practices **Requirements:** ----------------- **What we’re looking for** We’re looking for someone who’s proactive, curious, and excited about building software that solves real\-world problems.
