Focus on network management and technical support **Mission** ----------- Support the IT department in network management, technical support, and diagnosing network, hardware, and software issues. **Profile** ---------- Responsibilities: * Technical support * Active Directory, O365, DNS, Firewall, and virtualization tools management * Knowledge of security solutions and technologies * Diagnose network, hardware, and software issues * Document management software administration * Record, update, and maintain technical documentation * Support on matters related to the IT department.
