Problem identification and resolution Somisis – Maintenance and Industrial Systems Company is recruiting 2 Electrical Engineers (M/F/IND) to join a construction project in the Leiria area, with an estimated duration of 5 months. We seek professionals with experience in team coordination and project supervision, capable of assuming responsibilities and autonomously overseeing work execution. Main Responsibilities: * Coordination and on-site supervision of teams; * Planning and monitoring of activities and tasks to be performed; * Coordination and supervision of new projects; * Technical supervision of work execution; * Identification and resolution of on-site problems; * Ensuring compliance with deadlines, technical requirements, and defined procedures; * Preparation and monitoring of documentation required for the project. Required Profile: * Higher education degree in Electrical Engineering; * Professional experience in the field; * Experience in supervising or implementing new projects; * Leadership, organizational, and planning skills; * Strong sense of responsibility and autonomy; * Good communication and interpersonal skills; * Problem-solving ability and decision-making capability; * Availability to work in the Leiria area.
