Job Summary: We are seeking a Store Associate to provide customer service, commercial advice, cash handling, merchandise management, and technical support in Leiria. Key Highlights: 1. Technical incident analysis, diagnosis, and resolution PCDIGA, the market leader in specialized IT retail in Portugal, is currently recruiting a Store Associate for its Leiria store. **Responsibilities:** * In-store customer service for PCDIGA customers, ensuring full satisfaction; * Providing optimal commercial advice to customers; * Conflict and complaint management; * Supporting all team requirements; * Cash handling; * Managing merchandise intake, dispatch, and storage; * Conducting periodic inventory counts; * Using computer systems (Microsoft Office, SAP, Zendesk, Talkdesk...); * Analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving incidents; * Replacing warranty-covered parts, cleaning equipment, and performing tests. * Compulsory education (12th grade); * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends; * Experience in sales, analysis, and repair of IT equipment (preferred); * Strong customer orientation; * High level of organization, responsibility, and commitment; * Results-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for teamwork. **We Offer:** * Initial training * Integration into a young and dynamic team * Competitive remuneration aligned with the role * Incentive program through a gamified system
