We work with families and businesses investing in energy efficiency solutions for savings, energy independence, and protection. We install solar panels, batteries, anti-blackout systems, heat pumps, and integrated energy solutions — turnkey, with our own methodology, dedicated support, and proprietary technical standards. As an SME with annual revenue between €10–15 million, we are professionalizing all operational areas to scale sustainably and meet rising demand for our services. The position we are opening today is part of this plan: growing with the right people, clear processes, and a strong culture. Your Responsibilities You will ensure the right materials reach the right site at the right time. Without you, technical operations halt. Receive, inspect, and store materials (panels, inverters, batteries, ATS, mounting structures), with strict project-based identification Prepare site-specific material pick lists in coordination with Planning Maintain accurate stock records in the system, perform cyclical counts, and ensure zero discrepancies between physical and digital inventory Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments from suppliers, logistics carriers, and technical teams Manage returns, warranties, and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) with full traceability Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety Report daily to the Logistics Manager: receipts, pick lists, stock shortages, and inventory alerts Ideal Candidate Profile We do not require identical prior experience in this sector—we will train you on everything specific to us. We do require: Obsessive attention to detail: if even one component is missing from a kit, you stop the line—you do not improvise Organization: you can simultaneously manage multiple sites without losing control Accountability for outcomes: when errors occur, you take ownership and correct them—not justify them Physical capability: the role involves handling materials (panels, batteries, boxes) Functional proficiency in Excel and inventory management systems Valid driving license category B (occasional site visits and weekly inter-warehouse transfers) Bonus (non-essential): Prior experience in technical materials logistics (energy, construction, automotive) What We Are Not Looking For To be transparent from the outset, this role is not suitable for: Individuals who downplay technical or operational details as if they were unimportant Individuals who do not treat warehouse organization and safety as core responsibilities Individuals unwilling to collaborate with the team when operational flexibility is reasonably required Individuals who only deliver when constantly supervised Our culture is clear: we value responsibility, rigor, continuous learning, respect, and teamwork.
