Store Manager (m/f) - Vilanova

With the aim of continuing our growth, we intend to strengthen our team with a Store Manager (m/f). **In your day\-to\-day you will perform functions such as:*** Comply with and ensure compliance with the customer service model, instilling in the team the importance of customer attention; * Use the main store profitability analysis tools for decision\-making that enable boosting sales and ensuring the implementation of necessary actions; * Manage the store in terms of image, team and commercial objectives, according to internal guidelines; * Plan, organize and control store activities; * Ensure proper recruitment, welcoming, integration and training of new employees; * Manage and promote team members' development; **What we value:*** Secondary education or Bachelor's degree; * Minimum two years of experience in similar roles; * Computer literacy; * Experience in sales and KPI analysis; * Leadership, team development and management skills; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Customer orientation; * Availability for flexible working hours.
