In a context of growth and process modernization, they aim to strengthen their team with a **Quality Manager** capable of ensuring the highest standards of compliance, efficiency, and operational excellence. ### **Your Mission** You will lead the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with **ISO 9001**, **IATF 16949**, and **ISO 13485** standards, as well as driving continuous improvement of processes and products. You will coordinate the **Quality Control, Engineering, and Metrology** teams and serve as a key point of contact with customers and external audits. ### **What You Will Do** * Manage and develop the **Quality Management System** (ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO13485\); * Coordinate the **Quality team** (Control, Engineering, and Metrology); * Develop and monitor **PPAP** and **APQP** (Automotive and Medical); * Coordinate **Factory Acceptance Tests** and **Operational Qualification** in the Medical field; * Analyze specific customer requirements and ensure compliance; * Prepare **FMEA, Control Plans, and Tolerance Ranges**; * Perform **statistical process analysis** (SPC, MSA, R\&R, Dimensional Reports); * Manage the **IMDS process** and act as **PSCR (Product Safety \& Conformity Representative)**; * Handle **Non-Conformities and Complaints** (8D Reports); * Monitor **Run at Rate** and conduct **verification/validation audits**; * Support the introduction of **new products, processes, and equipment**; * Monitor and control **Quality KPIs**; * Participate in **internal and external audits**. ### **Requirements** ### **What We Are Looking For** * Bachelor’s degree in **Engineering** or related field; * **\+5 years of experience** in Quality, with **at least 3 years** in leadership roles within the automotive sector (**IATF 16949**); * Experience in **Medical Quality** (**ISO 13485**) will be valued; * **Fluent English** (mandatory); * Strong **communication and leadership skills**; * **Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented** profile. ### **Benefits** ### **What Awaits You** * Integration into a solid and technologically advanced company; * Collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement; * Opportunity for direct impact on Quality performance and strategy.
