Responsibilities: Operate and monitor production machinery, ensuring compliance with established quality and safety standards. Perform product packaging and handling, ensuring correct identification and palletization. Actively participate in preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, collaborating with the technical team. Maintain a clean and organized workplace, complying with hygiene and food safety regulations. Collaborate with the team to solve problems and optimize production processes. Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), guaranteeing food quality and safety. Requirements: Minimum educational qualification: 9th grade. Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night, weekends). Ability to work in a team, demonstrating proactivity and responsibility. Manual dexterity and attention to detail for equipment operation and quality control. Residence in the Pombal area or nearby. Strong sense of commitment and dedication to assigned tasks. Schedule: Monday to Friday with rotating shifts 08:00–16:00; 16:00–00:00; 00:00–08:00.
