Job Summary: WISTADTS Europe, a plastic transformation company serving the cosmetics and pharmaceutical sectors, is seeking a Bench Operator for assembly and adjustment of tools and molds, preventive and corrective maintenance, and surface polishing. Integration into a solid and rapidly expanding company WISTADTS Europe, a plastic transformation company serving the cosmetics and pharmaceutical sectors, located in Marinha Grande, Leiria, seeks to recruit a Bench Operator (M/F): JOB DESCRIPTION: * Assembly and adjustment of tools and molds. * Perform and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for molds and tools. * Cleaning and maintenance of injection and assembly machines, molds, and equipment. * Polishing of metallic surfaces. Interpretation of schematics and technical drawings. TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES: \- Assembly and adjustment of tools \- Electronics \- Mechanics \- Pneumatics BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES: \- Problem-solving focus \- Responsibility \- Team spirit Academic Qualifications: \- 12th grade or higher, or equivalent Experience: \- Minimum of 5 years \- Experience in assembly and finishing of steel molds for the plastic injection and assembly industry Working Hours: \- 40 hours per week, with possible shifts: 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00.
