Job Summary: We are seeking a Java / Web Developer with a focus on Artificial Intelligence to support the company in defining, implementing, and consolidating AI methodologies and tools, actively contributing to the transformation of the software development paradigm. With multiple national and international projects in our portfolio, we aim to strengthen our team. We are recruiting a **Java / Web Developer with Focus on Artificial Intelligence Adoption**. The Challenge: We seek a professional who, beyond software development, will **support the organization in defining, implementing, and consolidating Artificial Intelligence methodologies and tools**, actively contributing to transforming the company’s software development paradigm. This person will work side-by-side with technical teams, helping structure best practices, select appropriate tools, and integrate AI effectively, securely, and sustainably into development processes.
