You will communicate with our Cloud Manager and customers in a variety of industries, working with them to resolve any type of issue that arises from using our Doxis software as a service. **Responsibilities** * You will run incident resolution and facilitate collaboration with other departments as needed * You will review Doxis Cloud system diagnostics, investigate system performance issues, monitor availability and document issues as appropriate to meet applicable SLAs * You will create scripts for operational automation and incident response * You will work with development teams and professional services to resolve more complex issues * You will deliver and deploy cloud tenants to new customers via public clouds * You will contribute to the SOC2 certification process using industry standard methodologies **You have interest in the following areas** * Systems administration in Linux/Unix and Windows * Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, etc.) * Scripting languages such as Shell, Ruby, Python, etc. **Initial experience in the following areas is desirable** * Cloud platforms such as **AWS and Microsoft Azure** * Container orchestration with **Kubernetes** * Infrastructure as Code using **Terraform** * Systems administration in **Linux/Unix and Windows** * Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, routing, load balancing, SSH) * Scripting languages such as Shell, Ruby, Python, or similar * Monitoring, troubleshooting, and improving cloud system reliability **You are passionate about learning about the latest technologies, enjoy working in a team and communicating in English!** **We offer** * Private healthcare for you and your dependents. * Lunch allowance. * Urban Sports Club \& Udemy Business memberships covered by Doxis. * Hybrid/remote working environment. * Local events in Porto and international, company\-wide events in Germany. * 25 days of vacation.
