Complaint management with a focus on customer satisfaction We are looking for an experienced **1st Class Waiter/Waitress** with solid dining room service experience and a strong orientation toward excellence in guest service to join our F\&B team. **Responsibilities** * **Welcoming and guiding guests**, ensuring a personalized and high-quality service * **Executing à la carte service**, special menus and wine service * **Providing recommendations** on dishes, wines and beverages with technical expertise * **Ensuring dining room preparation** and table setup according to unit standards * **Coordinating service** during the shift, ensuring smoothness and efficiency * **Supporting the Head/Assistant Head Waiter** in team supervision * **Managing complaints** professionally with a focus on customer satisfaction * **Complying with hygiene and safety regulations**, ensuring sound operational practices **Profile** * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles * Excellent appearance, communication skills and proactive attitude * Proficiency in English; other languages are valued * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team * Knowledge of wines and service techniques (preferred) * Availability for rotating shifts \-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\- We are looking for an experienced **1st Class Waiter/Waitress** with strong customer‑service skills and a passion for delivering high‑standard hospitality. **Responsibilities** * **Welcoming and guiding guests** while ensuring a personalized and high‑quality service * **Executing à la carte service**, special menus and wine service * **Providing recommendations** on dishes, wines and beverages with technical accuracy * **Preparing and setting up the dining room** according to brand standards * **Coordinating service flow** during the shift to ensure efficiency * **Supporting the Head/Assistant Head Waiter** in supervising the team * **Handling guest complaints** with professionalism and a customer‑focused approach * **Ensuring hygiene and safety compliance** throughout all operations **Profile** * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles * Excellent presentation, communication and proactive attitude * Strong command of English; other languages are a plus * Ability to work under pressure and within a team * Knowledge of wines and service techniques (preferred) * Availability for rotating schedules Compensation: €1,200.00 – €1,205.00 per month Benefits: * Meal card/voucher * Health insurance Work location: On-site
