Beyond executing test cases, you will actively contribute to evolving our Quality Engineering practices by driving automation initiatives, exploring AI\-powered testing capabilities, and promoting innovation across the QA domain. This role requires a proactive mindset, strong collaboration with development teams, and continuous exploration of new technologies to enhance testing efficiency and product quality. About the Role As a **Software Quality Assurance Analyst**, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and overall quality of our software products. Beyond executing test cases, you will actively contribute to evolving our Quality Engineering practices by driving automation initiatives, exploring AI\-powered testing capabilities, and promoting innovation across the QA domain. This role requires a proactive mindset, strong collaboration with development teams, and continuous exploration of new technologies to enhance testing efficiency and product quality. Key Responsibilities Test Design \& Execution * Design and execute functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory test cases * Review requirements and design documents to ensure testability and quality alignment * Identify, document, and report defects with clear reproduction steps and impact analysis * Conduct initial root cause analysis and collaborate with developers on resolution Automation \& AI Innovation * Actively contribute to the design, maintenance, and execution of automated test frameworks * Develop and enhance automated test scripts (C\#, Selenium, TestCafe or similar) * Proactively identify opportunities to increase automation coverage * Explore and pilot AI\-driven testing approaches to improve productivity and test effectiveness * Support continuous modernization of testing strategies and frameworks Quality Strategy \& Process Improvement * Participate in test planning and strategy definition * Improve test documentation and test case organization * Maintain and support test environments * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QA process * Promote a shift toward proactive, automation\-first, and innovation\-driven quality practices Collaboration \& Mentorship * Work closely with developers, architects, and product teams to ensure quality from early stages * Provide constructive feedback on requirements and technical designs * Train and mentor junior team members * Support knowledge sharing and adoption of best practices across teams Skills \& Experience Technical Skills * Experience in test case execution (functional, regression, smoke, exploratory) * Solid focus on automation testing (C\#, Selenium, TestCafe or equivalent tools) * Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test integration * Proficiency with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) * Basic understanding of software architecture and system design What we offer: * Work with a perfect knowledge balanced team, across The Netherlands, Portugal and India. * Experience working for an international company, with a strong focus on the actual IT working methodologies and mentality. * A working environment where your team and manager understand that it’s important to spend time thinking on a solution, rather than rushing into the first one that comes to mind; an environment where refactoring and rebuilding are seen as sometimes necessary; an environment where the team is the one truly responsible for coming up with a solution, rather than implement one that was imposed. \#LI\-Hybrid **Our Interview Practices** --------------------------- *To maintain a fair and genuine hiring process, we kindly ask that all candidates participate in interviews without the assistance of AI tools or external prompts.
