CNC Machine Operator (Machining Center)

Description

Job Summary: CNC Machine Operator responsible for reading and interpreting technical drawings, setting up machines, executing machining programs, and performing dimensional inspection of parts. Proficiency in using measuring equipment Desired Profile: \- Professional experience performing this role or specific training as a CNC machine operator; \- Knowledge of technical drawing interpretation; \- Knowledge of using measuring equipment. Responsibilities: 1\. Read and interpret drawings, sketches, sample parts, machining programs, and other related information; 2\. Select and prepare positioning, mounting, and clamping accessories for the part to be machined; 3\. Place the part and cutting tools into the appropriate fixture on the machine; 4\. Input tool offset values; 5\. Load the machining program into the machine’s reader; 6\. Verify compliance of relative movements between part and tool, spindle speed, feed rate, and cutting depth against the loaded program, making corrections if necessary; 7\. Perform dimensional inspection as specified in the work instruction sheet, using calipers, micrometers, gauges, or other suitable measuring instruments; 8\. Collaborate in developing manufacturing programs; The salary will be determined based on experience and knowledge demonstrated during the interview.
