Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Manager for Distribution to oversee the daily delivery operations of furniture and home goods, ensuring the smooth functioning of teams, vehicles, and processes. Stable position in a growing company We are looking for a person responsible for the daily oversight of our home delivery operation for furniture and home goods, including heavy and bulky items. The role ensures the smooth functioning of teams, vehicles, and operational processes. The incumbent will directly support senior management in the company’s overall management, taking an active role in operational coordination. Working Hours and Availability: - Start time at 06:30, with presence required at warehouses - Operations from Monday to Saturday, including public holidays - Flexible and variable (non-fixed) working hours - Willingness to travel nationwide Main Responsibilities: - Daily monitoring of routes and on-site operations - Management of incidents, vehicle damages, and replacement vehicles - Personnel, team, and shift scheduling management - Management of uniforms, equipment, and materials - Recruitment and hiring of new staff - Resolution of day-to-day operational issues - Process optimization and continuous improvement The role will be supported by two individuals: a deputy manager and a trainer. The incumbent will also be responsible for submitting daily reports to the company’s manager.
