Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and responsible Parking Attendant to manage vehicles, provide customer service, and resolve incidents, with flexible working hours. Key Highlights: 1. Compensation commensurate with experience and competencies We are looking for a Parking Attendant (M/F) to join our team. If you are a dynamic individual with a strong sense of responsibility and excellent communication skills, this opportunity is for you! What We Are Looking For: • Driver's license: Light vehicles (Mandatory and disqualifying criterion) • Fluency in Portuguese: Essential, with clear and effective oral and written communication skills. • Additional Language Skills: Knowledge of English, Spanish, and/or French is valued. Although not mandatory, it will be a preferential factor during selection. • Professional Experience in Portugal: Preferably candidates with prior proven experience in public-facing roles or similar functions in Portugal. • Stable Residence in Portugal: Candidates must hold a valid residence visa and/or demonstrate stable residence in Portugal for over five years. • Organization and Responsibility: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and assume accountability for actions and decisions. • Customer Service Aptitude: Ability to interact with customers in a courteous, professional, and assertive manner, ensuring a positive experience. • Reservation and Incident Management: Experience or strong aptitude in managing reservation systems and resolving incidents efficiently and diplomatically. • Firm yet Courteous Demeanor: Ability to be confident and assertive when resolving situations while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude. • Flexible Working Hours: Availability to work rotating shifts (4 days on, 2 days off). Your Responsibilities Will Include: • Receiving and welcoming parking lot customers. • Managing and monitoring vehicle entries and exits. • Processing payments. • Clarifying inquiries and providing information. • Managing reservations and optimizing parking lot occupancy. • Resolving problems and handling customer complaints. • Maintaining order and organization at the reception area. • Vehicle movement and organization within the parking lot, including Transfer and Valet services.
