Main Responsibilities * Lead and manage both service and kitchen teams. * Ensure Arte Bianca’s quality and operational standards are consistently met. * Promote daily upselling culture through briefings and on\-the\-job training. * Maintain high standards of workflow, hygiene, cleaning and stock control. * Organize and oversee special events, ensuring execution and success. * Dedicate time to planning, scheduling and management tasks. * Participate in service to manage team, clients and restaurant operations. * Monitor daily sales, budgets and cash\-flow control (Excel reporting). * Report directly to the General Manager. * Work closely with the Executive Chef and the Food \& Beverage Manager.
