**What will be your responsibilities?**
As a Retail Assistant, you’ll help make our customers’ days better—one person at a time. Here’s how you’ll do it:
* Deliver an outstanding customer experience by answering questions about sizes, styles, purchases, or returns.
* Prepare the sales floor, restock shelves, organize fitting rooms, display the latest trends, and keep the stockroom neat and well-organized.
* Provide fast, friendly, and efficient checkout experiences, managing customer inquiries, cancellations, and returns.
* Receive, process, and check new deliveries. Bring items to the sales floor and ensure correct pricing, always meeting our high standards.
