Identification **Position:** Maintenance Technician **Sector:** Agriculture and Industry Technical Competencies **1. Electrical Knowledge:** Interpretation of electrical schematics and control diagrams. Diagnosis and repair of electrical circuits in agricultural and industrial machinery. Installation and maintenance of electrical systems, including automation and control. **2. Tractor and Agricultural Machinery Maintenance:** Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on tractors and agricultural equipment. Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults. Replacement of damaged components and parts. **3. Industrial Maintenance:** Knowledge of industrial machinery maintenance, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Implementation of predictive and preventive maintenance programs. Familiarity with industrial quality and safety standards. **4. Tools and Equipment:** Use of manual and electric tools for maintenance. Knowledge of diagnostic and electrical/mechanical measurement equipment. Behavioral Competencies **Problem Solving:** Ability to identify and efficiently resolve problems in agricultural and industrial environments. **Teamwork:** Collaboration with other professionals, including engineers and operators, to ensure effective maintenance operations. **Organization and Planning:** Ability to plan and organize maintenance tasks, prioritizing activities. Education and Certifications **Technical Education:** Technical course in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanics, or related fields. **Certifications:** Certifications in electricity, agricultural and industrial machinery maintenance (preferred). Experience Previous experience in maintenance of tractors, agricultural machinery, and industrial equipment. Knowledge of applicable safety standards and regulations in both sectors. Other Qualifications Willingness to work on-site and travel as required. Knowledge of new technologies and innovations in the agricultural and industrial sectors.
