The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing marketing strategies, planning and managing events, and promoting our restaurant brands and Italian food distribution company. Main Responsibilities by Area: Marketing: - Develop effective social media marketing campaigns and engaging content, including newsletters and regular publications (posts and reels) - Develop effective SEO strategies for the group’s websites - Create and manage AdWords and Facebook Ads campaigns, identifying targets and objectives - Analyze marketing data to assess performance and make informed decisions to improve the online positioning of brands - Innovate strategies to increase the visibility of each brand - Provide creative guidance for advertising and audience-focused communications - Use MS Office tools for reporting and documentation - Manage reviews on major online platforms - Create and implement promotional strategies to increase customer engagement - Collaborate with artists and negotiate terms for special events - Engage and integrate new partners Design and Content: - Develop website content aligned with each brand’s identity - Coordinate translation and copywriting activities - Manage suppliers involved in design processes, especially those related to advertising materials such as flyers, uniforms, menus, business cards, etc. - Artistic creation/direction of videos Event Management: - Pre-event organization, including communication with clients and restaurants - Detailed event planning, briefing, and guidance for the event team - Adjust schedules or plans as needed - Develop event budgets, manage logistics, and ensure seamless operations on event day - Resolve last-minute issues quickly, efficiently, and discreetly - Present project status reports Technical Skills: - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing - Proven experience in this role - Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies - Basic knowledge of JavaScript - Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud - Strong communication and interpersonal skills Candidate Profile: - Positive attitude - Strong customer service skills - Team leadership capabilities - Exceptional time management - Team player - Tolerant and adaptable - Attention to detail - Sense of style and current trends - Demonstrate leadership qualities and foster teamwork - Ability to lead and motivate teams - Flexible working hours - Category B driver’s license Added Value (Considered Advantages): - Solid knowledge of the restaurant sector and restaurant dynamics - Proficiency in Italian (written and spoken) - Personal vehicle Interested candidates meeting the above requirements may submit their CV with photo
