Qualifications: * 0\-3 years of retail experience * Confident and comfortable connecting with customers to deliver an elevated experience * Motivated to achieve strong results driven by enthusiasm for engaging with customers and sport products * Initiates completion of tasks or activities without required supervision * Flexible availability \- including evenings, weekends, and holidays Responsibilities: * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by knowing all products offered and collaborating with coworkers to provide excellent sales service * Deliver on sales, exceptional customer experience, and operational expectations * Maintain personal and productivity goals * Connect with all customers by asking open-ended questions to assess needs * Ability to learn and share product knowledge and trends to meet customer needs * Maintain awareness of overall product knowledge and current or future products/trends * Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment
