**Zoomarine - Thematic Park located in Albufeira is hiring an ESG Technician/Analyst.**We are looking for an ESG Technician/Analyst to join our team in the sustainability area. We value responsibility, organization, and motivation for professional growth and development. **Main Responsibilities:** * Promote a holistic and critical view of management towards sustainability; * Identify opportunities to integrate sustainability into company strategy and practices (assess and propose actions to reduce the company's environmental impact); * Develop corporate sustainability activities and programs, audits, and compliance; * Produce detailed environmental, social, and governance performance reports; * Identify regulatory, climate, and reputational risks, conduct internal process audits, identify risks, and propose improvements; * Ensure compliance with legal, tax, and ethical obligations; * Monitor KPIs and goals; * Prepare sustainability and ESG reports; * Reduce operational costs through energy efficiency practices and resource management; * ESG financing; * Engage customers and employees; **Desired Profile:** * Bachelor's degree in Environmental Management or similar fields; * Technical knowledge in ESG/ESRS; * Previous experience in the role is not mandatory; * Knowledge of environmental legislation; * Familiarity with ESG KPIs and sustainability reporting; * Advanced Excel proficiency; * Fluent English; * Rigor, professional ethics, and critical thinking; * Team player with strong communication skills; * Ability to analyze and solve complex problems; * Project leadership capability; **Benefits:** 40-hour weekly schedule with two weekend days off; Annual contract; Monthly payment of various benefits: meals, transportation, access to rewards and diverse benefits; Possibility of accommodation for non-residents of the Algarve region during the first year of the contract; Access to exclusive training, health, and personal development programs.
